Omnicare's Provider Network Administrators are dedicated liaisons here to help you and offer support, such as:

Establishing regular communication with your office through site visits, phone calls, and emails to support your day-to-day needs
Training regarding Omnicare's policies and procedures
Providing ongoing educational resources
Resolving operational issues to improve health care delivery

CONNECT Portal

CONNECT is a secure, HIPPA compliant platform used by Omnicare as a Provider Portal. The Provider Portal, supported by Altura MSO, allows you to submit online referrals, check the status of referrals and claims, and view new member lists, among many other features.

Healthcare providers are required to provide free language assistance to Limited English Proficient (LEP) and hard of
